Delivery

The cost of delivery is £3.95. Orders over £30 are free using the code FREE30 at the checkout. We know that people dislike paying delivery costs, which is why we try to keep them as low as possible, but please bear in mind, that for the average order, the price we charge for delivery doesn’t even cover half of the actual cost that we pay to deliver your item to you.

All items are delivered mainly via DPD, EVRI or Royal Mail. We aim to get your orders to you as soon as possible. If you require your order for a specific date, then please contact us before placing your order to ensure we are able to deliver in time for you (additional costs may be incurred ie. if next day delivery is required).

Personalised Orders:

We aim to dispatch all personalised orders within 10 days from the date of ordering. Due to their personalised nature and the time required to do this, these items take a little longer, especially during busier time periods. If your order contains both personalised and unpersonalised items, then the whole order will be dispatched at the same time once the personalisation is complete.

Returns

We really hope that you are happy with your purchases, but, if for any reason you need to return all or part of your order, then please contact us with your reason for returning, by emailing lucy@littledotsboutique.com, we will then provide you with a returns address. Orders can be returned up to 10 days from receiving them.

Please Note: All items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging. When returning an item, where possible, use the outer packaging that you received the item in.

***Personalised items may not be returned, unless we have made an error with the personalisation (i.e if it is different from what was requested when placing your order)

We advise you use a recorded delivery service or courier that offers you a tracked service and/or proof of delivery. All goods remain the responsibility of the customer until they are received back by Little Dots Boutique.

On receipt of the returned item in a satisfactory condition, we will refund the amount paid for the item to the original payment method in full. If you are returning an item because it is faulty, then we shall also refund any postage costs incurred for returning the item, so please keep your postage payment receipt, as we will need a copy of this in order to process your postage refund. Please allow up to 10 working days for funds to reach your account.
